a. Use properly and operate correctly according to the equipment manual. Overload, super performance and super standard use are prohibited.
b. When the first piece is programmed for trial processing, the operator shall closely cooperate with the programmer, and the formal processing can be started only after the procedure is confirmed to be correct.
c. When installing the tool, the handle and spindle taper hole and positioning shall be wiped clean.
d. Workpieces and tools must be firmly installed around. Prevent collision with the machine tool when loading and unloading workpieces. Heavy parts and fixtures shall be loaded and unloaded with a crane or assisted by others.
e. During the processing, the operator shall not leave the post without permission or entrust others for custody, and shall not do anything irrelevant to the work. Press the "Pause" button to leave the post temporarily. The "emergency stop switch" shall be used correctly, and it is strictly prohibited to switch off the power at will during work.
f. It is prohibited to place work card measuring tools, stack parts and irrelevant objects on the equipment guide rail surface and workbench. It is not allowed to step on the protective covers, and it is not allowed to wear shoes with metal nails to step on the worktable.
g. Pay attention to abnormal phenomena during equipment operation, stop the machine in time in case of failure, take measures, and record and display the fault contents. In case of an accident, stop and power off immediately, protect the site, report it in time, do not hide your chest, and cooperate with the competent department for analysis and investigation.
