What are the machining methods of large grinding machine machining centers?

1、 Clamping method of elastic gasket When grinding the thin workpiece on the grinder, an elastic clamping mechanism is used to make the thin workpiece locate and clamp in a free state. A layer of 0.5mm thick rubber is placed between the workpiece and the magnetic worktable. When the workpiece is subjected to magnetic attraction, the rubber is compressed and the elastic deformation becomes smaller, so that the flat and straight surface of the workpiece can be ground. Repeated grinding several times can meet the requirements of machining accuracy. 2、 Use temporary measures to strengthen the rigidity of sheet workpieces The thin workpiece is bonded to a flat plate in a free state with epoxy resin binder. The flat plate is placed on the magnetic chuck together with the sheet. After smoothing one end of the sheet, remove the sheet workpiece from the plate, place the smoothed side on the magnetic chuck, and then grind the other end of the sheet workpiece. Because the epoxy resin has fluidity before hardening, it can fill the gap between the sheet workpiece and the flat plate. When the epoxy resin hardens, the workpiece and the flat plate are bonded together as a whole, thus greatly enhancing the rigidity of the workpiece. Under the magnetic attraction, the wafer workpiece will not produce clamping deformation, creating conditions for grinding out a flat plane. Thick grease can also be used to replace epoxy resin to fill the gap between the thin workpiece and the magnetic chuck, so as to enhance the rigidity of the workpiece, which can also achieve good results.
